The Benchmark Group was established in 2007 to better serve the Camrose and Eastern Alberta market. We are an honest and trustworthy appraisal company that strives to meet the client’s needs with quick turnaround and high integrity.
We provide appraisal services for residential, acreage, and agricultural properties, as well as development land and commercial properties. We also offer Residential Home Inspections as a value-added service to our appraisal customers.

We have two appraisers on staff.
Roch Viens has 20 years of experience in the Camrose area. He specializes in Agricultural appraisals. Roch holds a DAR designation from the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA).
Steven Gratrix is a Certified Engineering Technologist and is currently a Candidate Member with CNAREA. Steve specializes in the Residential and Acreage Market. Steve’s background in the construction industry and his engineering training enable him to offer Home Inspections in conjunction with an appraisal.
